No Dalal ("us", "we", or "our") operates the No Dalal mobile application (the "Service").
Terms of Cancellation & Refund Policy
(a) Cancellation & Refund Charges: Our cancellation policy purely works on settlement schedule. Irrespective of payment priority, we charged flat cancellation & refund charges, when you use our services as registered user. (b) Cancellation & Refund Terms: Cancellation is only possible if payment settlement from our payment gateway / bank has not taken place. Once the settlement has been initiated by our Bankers / Online Payment system, we will not be able to cancel the transaction request.
Terms of Refund Policy
Refund will be automated within 3 working days of the transaction cancellation & Maximum 3 working days is the time frame for the user initiated refund claims. In case of system failure or any technical error, automated refund will be initiated by system itself and amount will be credited within 3 to 7 working day (As per bank). In worst to worst if you face any problem in getting refund, please share a request on contact@nodalal.tech. We will surely attend your concerns within shortest possible time. This agreement covers the terms and conditions related to any services from No Dalal App through Access As a customer, it’s important for you to make sure you read and understand all conditions before making any transaction with us, to avoid any possible misunderstanding in the future.>
No Dalal Service Fee shall not be refunded in case of cancellation, Chargeback or refund of the transaction.
Transaction Agreement
User cannot use the service to harm/abuse anyone or any firm. User cannot use any bad words in the text that harms a person directly or indirectly. The User understands and makes a transaction only after accepting all of our terms and conditions mentioned below.
Transaction Dispute
We can Dispute Transaction if we found it illegal or done by unknown person if your transaction has got pending so you have to wait it for T+15 working days for get final status of transaction.
Account Termination
We have rights to forfeit the all/partial credits and terminate your a/c at any time if we found you using it for illegal campaigns or in breach of DND agreement or any terms and conditions listed in this page.
Pricing Policy
Charges has already defined in No Dalal App when you make transaction so kindly look in to the same before make any request.
Legal Action on Illegal Usage
We track your IP & geo location of your logins every single time and are saved in our database for security. Any illegal use, if found, we might first terminate your a/c and might take Legal action on you if the case is in severe breach of ours & Gov.’s terms and conditions.
Payment
We have Approved Transaction only by Credit Card or Debit Card. Remember we only accept payment directly from bank behalf of Razorpay Payment Gateway.
Fraudulent Transaction
The User is supposed to immediately notify us in case any suspicious/fraudulent transaction is observed by him. It is the User’s responsibility to keep his financial details strictly confidential and not share them with any other person. As soon as any suspicious/fraudulent transactions get reported, we shall take the necessary measures and try to stop the same. However, we shall under no circumstances be liable for any refund, etc. to any person / Authority for such transactions if the money is credited to the designated bank account of the Beneficiary as provided by the User.
If customer has reported an unauthorised debit of the customer’s Payment Instrument (“ Fraudulent Transaction ”), then in addition to its rights under Clause 16 of the General Terms of Use, No Dalal shall not be responsible for any liability arising in respect of Fraudulent Transactions and that user account suspended and do legal action in delhi jurdisction.
You hold informed consent information with No Dalal and its affiliates in connection with the Services and/or for the purposes of sharing with governmental authorities as and when demanded under Applicable Laws, for the purpose of transaction tracking, fraud prevention, or otherwise required pursuant to regulatory authorities’ orders and/or notices including but not limited to notices under Section 91 of CrPC.
Chargebacks
Any Chargeback shall be the sole responsibility of the Beneficiary and we shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for the same.
Prohibited Services
The Users understand and agree that any interactions and associated issues with the other Users and/or the third parties with whom the Users interact through the No Dalal App or the third party whose services the Users avail through the No Dalal App including but not limited to any service-related issues, any Prohibited Conduct issue, any fraudulent activity is strictly amongst the Users and/or the third party and the User shall not hold No Dalal responsible for any such interactions and associated issues. If the Users decide to engage with other Users, the Users do so at their own risk.
No Dalal cannot assure that all the transactions will be completed nor does No Dalal guarantee the ability or intent of the Users to fulfil their obligations under any transaction. No Dalal advises the Users to perform their own investigation prior to selecting and/or interacting with the other Users on the No Dalal App.
Account Termination / Changes on Charges
We reserves the rights to modify/change any plan cost anytime without prior notification to their customers. We also reserves the rights to increase/decrease charges on any transaction anytime without prior notification to their customers. We also reserves the rights to terminate/suspend any of Our Terms & Conditions may change often, so kindly check out the page once in a while before making any commitment.
You are advised to review this Terms & Conditions periodically for any changes. Changes to this Terms & Conditions are effective when they are posted on this page.
